When you click through to Spoonflower or another external platform, your purchase, payment, account, order fulfilment, shipping, returns, exchanges, customer service, and product handling are managed by that external platform according to its own terms, privacy policy, and return policy.
Deb Nambiar Designs does not control Spoonflower’s checkout, payment processing, manufacturing, shipping, delivery timing, returns, exchanges, or customer support.
Spoonflower states that because its orders are print-on-demand, it does not generally offer returns or exchanges, although its own policies and customer support processes apply.
